Simore luxury villa is 325 m2 and is located just outside Rethymnon town, only a short drive from the lovely beaches in the Rethymnon area. The villa can accommodate 12 persons and also allows pets. The villa is non-smoking. Free internet in all areas. Large pool with built-in Jacuzzi.
Simore Luxury Villa
The villa is in 2 stories with a large sitting and dining room on the first floor. The sitting room leads to a large balcony with dining table and fabulous views to the town of Rethymnon and the sea. Also a cosy TV room and a large fully equipped kitchen with everything anyone would need for holiday cooking. Here you also find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The second floor has 5 bedrooms with balconies enjoying sea and mountain views. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi and walk-in wardrobe. All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and have comfortable beds. The second floor has 4 double bedrooms, one of which has twin beds and one single bedroom.
The owner Theo and his wife have taken care that the guests can be fully relaxed and comfortable. Outdoor and pool lights turn off automatically late evening. The electrical gate has a safety device to secure children. The pool area has a gate on request.
Garden and pool area
The beautiful garden is full of flowers and trees, a large pool with a built-in Jacuzzi in one end. There is an outdoor shower, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor kitchen, dining table and table tennis with a floodlight for evening games.

Rethymnon town is only 3 km from the villa with countless tavernas, shops and beautiful beaches all along the coastline.
Rethymnon – Crete
The city of Rethymnon is bustling with life and colours, you will find an abundance of boutiques with designer clothes, shoes, bags, and furs. Jewellery shops offering diamonds, gold, and silver. There is a lot to see and do for the whole family.
The tavernas serve the best of the Greek and Cretan cuisine at traditional tavernas and also exquisite restaurants all reasonably priced.
