Octo Luxury SeaFront Villa is located on the hillside facing the Aegean sea with breath-taking sea view. Heraklion is only 15 kms away and there is a small pebbly beach reached by a path down the hillside. Sandy beaches and coves within easy reach in Agia Pelagia and Lygaria . The villa is comprised of two levels and it hosts up to 8 people (6+2 children).
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with an amazing view of the horizon, en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub & walk-in wardrobe. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are situated on first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with CocoMat natural full latex anatomic mattresses & beddings to offer the ultimate sleeping experience.
Ground floor and kitchen
On the ground floor there is an open plan living room and dining area with a unique view of the Aegean sea, a fully equipped kitchen and a guests toilet. The living room has SAT TV and DVD player, comfortable sitting and again breath-taking views. The modern kitchen is equipped with all mods and cons.
