Aeolus Villa with 5 bedrooms each with ensuite marble bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms the top floor. All bathrooms have shower and WC. The top floor also has a small kitchen and 2 balconies with spectacular views to the sea and mountains. Internet connection included.
The holiday rental Villa is detached, including a private swimming pool and a garden. On the ground floor are located 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, a dishwasher.
A stair leads to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 furnished balconies with spectacular sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned. A Satellite TV, a DVD player, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and BBQ are available. All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa can be accommodated by up to 12 persons.
The garden has a private pool with a shallow end for children, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, and barbeque.
NOTES TO THE RENTAL RATES
- 30% of the price is required as a deposit. The account balance would be paid 2 weeks prior the arrival in Makrigialos.
- In case you are a smaller party of 3-4 persons and you like to spend your holidays at Aeolus Villa having your own privacy, call or e-mail us for details.
- Long stayers & renters for the wintertime are welcome. Please, call us or e-mail us about the prices for a long stay.
- Car hire from/to Heraklion airport, with full insurance and air-condition, can be arranged on request.
