Athena holiday rental villa consists of 3 bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, an extra W.C, a kitchen. On the ground floor is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable open-plan lounge with a fireplace next to the kitchen. WiFi internet connection.
A Satellite TV and a DVD player can be found in the sitting room. A stair leads on the top floor with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large furnished balcony with spectacular views to the sea and to the mountains. All rooms are air-conditioned. The 3 bedroom villa benefits from its own private pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. A Barbeque, sunbeds and sun umbrellas, and outdoor dining table.
From the terrace, balconies and swimming pool you can enjoy the sunrise or the sunset.
NOTES TO THE RENTAL RATES
- 30% of the price is required as a deposit. The account balance would be paid 3 weeks prior the arrival in Makrigialos.

- Car hire from/to Heraklion airport, with full insurance and air-condition, can be arranged on request.
