Artemis Villa consists of 4 bedrooms each with en-suite marble bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge with a fireplace. On the ground floor are located one bedroom, a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. WiFi internet connection included
A comfortable lounge with a fireplace is located next to the kitchen. A Satellite TV and a DVD player can be found in the sitting room.
A stair leads on the top floor with 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a smaller living room, and a large furnished balcony with spectacular sea and mountain views. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The Artemis villa benefits from its own private pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. Barbeque, sunbeds and sun umbrellas, and outdoor dining table.
NOTES TO THE RENTAL RATES
- 30% of the price is required as a deposit. The account balance would be paid 3 weeks prior the arrival in Makrigialos.
- In case you are a smaller party of 3-4 persons and you like to spend your holidays at Aeolus Villa having your own privacy, call or e-mail us for details.
- Long stayers & renters for the wintertime are welcome. Please, call us or e-mail us about the prices for a long stay.
- Car hire from/to Heraklion airport, with full insurance and air-condition, can be arranged on request.
