Niki's house is one of the highest positioned houses in Loutro offering panoramic views over the bay and village.
It is a well cared for traditional family house with a courtyard, potted flower arrangements and greenery.
The villa
There are 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The entrance is from the front pleasant courtyard with a variety of potted plants and flowers leading to a large living room which has a sofa bed and a kitchen with dining area. There is a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom on this floor. The first floor has a hall with sitting area and a veranda with delightful sea views over the bay and the village. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another with twin beds each having en-suite bathrooms.
The area
Loutro is on the south coast. You can take a ferry from Hora Sfakion and also from Paliohora to Loutro, there are ferries 3 - 4 times a day in the season and also boat taxi's available along the coast all day.
