A luxurious 5 bed room villa on a 2500 sq plot and set amongst olive groves and a beautiful garden. The villa is located in a small Village just outside The Venetian town of Rethymnon on the north coast of Crete.

Villa Manolia

Offers 5 bedrooms, each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, some with showers and others with a bathtub, there is also a 6th bathroom. The villa has 300 sq/mtrs of lavish living space and is furnished to an extremely high standard. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet

The patios, terrace and pool side are adequately furnished with the appropriate furniture, loungers and umbrellas.

The ground floor has a spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas, an open fireplace, satellite TV and a music centre.
The kitchen and dining room are of ample proportions and very well equipped, full size electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker and a generous complement of utensils.
There is a double bedroom on this floor and access to a patio with a large brick and stone built BBQ, there is also a very large terrace and pool area that can be accessed from the bedroom and also the living area.

The first floor houses 3 bedrooms and all having a different style of furnishings, a double bed, a four poster bed and the other having twin single beds. There is access to a really big terrace with fantastic views.
The lower ground floor has the 5th bedroom and a very large room containing a table tennis and gym equipment, there is another bathroom here and a laundry room with a washing machine.

The bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms are very spacious. One of the double beds can be exchanged with twin beds if needed.

The private pool is located in a perfectly secluded area with loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture.

The area of Prines and Atsipopoulo

The villa is a 3 minute stroll from the centre of the old and charming village of Prines where there are 2 mini markets, a butcher, a taverna and some kafenions. However it is situated in a quiet spot affording peace and tranquillity.
The village of Atsipopoulo is less than 2 kilometres away where you find the famous bakery and quite a lot of different shops, tavernas and also a mini bank with an ATM machine.
The old Venetian town of Rethymnon is just 6 Kms away and the sea at a distant of 3 Kms and an array of sandy beaches within 5 Kms.

Rethymnon - Crete

The city of Rethymnon, on the north coast of Crete, lies on the island’s longest sandy beach and is known by visitors as the "hidden jewel" of Crete. Since 1400 BC the Minoans, Venetians, Turks and Cretans have built their ancient cities, minarets, citadels, the hilltop Fortezza, winding narrow streets, fishing harbour and lighthouse which create an old-world charm.

The city of Rethymnon is bustling with life and colours, you will find an abundance of boutiques with designer clothes, shoes, bags and furs. Jewellery shops offering diamonds, gold and silver. There is a lot to see and do for the whole family.

The tavernas serve the best of the Greek and Cretan  cousine at  traditional tavernas to exquisite restaurants all reasonable priced.
