The Town House

The town house is small and the available space is used in very imaginative ways. You enter the ground floor with a sitting room, a bedroom with double bed and a small balcony, bathroom and kitchen. A staircase leads to the small bedroom upstairs also with a double bed. From this bedroom there is access to a rather large rooftop patio with a daybed, table and chairs.

There is one bathroom with a rain shower and a WC and washroom on the ground floor. There is a chair foldingbed for a child in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped, with cooking facilities and a small fridge. You can cook your own food, but why not take advantage of the streets and the harbour area, where you find an abundance of tavernas, restaurants, cafe's.

The neighbourhood

Joyously located in one of the best parts of the old harbour,  Joy Town House is close to some of the finest restaurants of Chania, whimsical shops and lazy cafes, while the sea is just a 2 minute walk away. The closest major attractions are the Byzantine Museum, the Fortress of San Salvadore, and the Naval Museum. The archaeological museum and the Egyptian Light House, the town’s land mark. The closest organized beach is 500 m away and reached by a picturesque seaside walk. Organize your path or just do yourself the favour and get lost in the colourful alleys. People meet at cafés and tavernas and the shops offers an abundance of designer clothes, jewellery and local art.
