The villas are located in Istron village, famous for its fantastic beaches, with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Only 11 km from the famous resort Agios Nikolaos and 20 km from Elounda.

Istron Village villas are set in the western outskirts of Istro village and tucked just behind the residential front that has developed across the main road. There is a row of three terraced maisonettes-villas each with a private pool.  The complex faces the sea over a wide olive grove. The distance between our “village” and our “Bay” villas is 2 km. Only 11 km from the famous resort Agios Nikolaos and 20 km from Elounda.

The villas are located between the village and the sea, only 25 meters from the main road, with all kinds of shops and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beach of Agios Pandeleimon is within walking distance (400 meters).

Two more of the most fabulous beaches of Crete, Karavostasi and Voulisma are 500-1000m away. All the beaches have been awarded the blue flag and are maintained by the Municipality.

The nearest beach is Ag. Panteleimon a 10-15min stroll or just a minute car drive. There is a mini-market just across the road for the daily groceries and more markets, cafes and restaurants options lie within walking distance.

The villas

There are 2 villas Lemonia with each 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Villa Ambelos is the middle villa and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Each of the villas has spacious bedrooms and offer lovely views of the sea. The gardens have a private pool, sun loungers, umbrellas and a dining area with Barbeque.
