Hanne Marie Villa is situated on a hill, 200 m from the sea, and has stunning views. This high quality Scandinavian villa is designed with light colors, wood, glass and with furniture and art form Norway, Denmark and Sweden.
The location is perfect, since there are supermarked, tavernas and bakery within walking distance. No car is needed for staying here.
There are 6 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, some bedrooms have access to covered terrasses, and one is designed for families with babies, all rooms has AC and tv, there is an open plan kitchen/living area with access to a fantastic veranda and an outside dining area for 12 persons.
The villa has salt water infinity pool, private tenniscourt, big BBQ with outside kitchen with a refrigerator and sink and vegetable garden behind the tenniscourt.
There is a laundrey room in the basement with washing machine and cleaning materials.
Privat parking for up to 5 cars.
The property is fenced and has automatic gate, calling system and alarm.
Payment and booking conditions
A deposit of 30% is to be paid on booking.
After 10 days the deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
The security deposit is 1500€. The deposit is refunded after 3 – 6 days after your departure in case of no damage.
You will receive a document with information and rules for the house. The document also has to be filled with information about your party; a number of person names and ages, also your arrival and departure time. The document should be returned signed shortly after booking the villa.
Cancellation
After 10 days the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to arrival incur 100% cost of the stay.
We recommend contacting your insurance company for cancellation insurance. Please note that cancellation insurance must be taken out before payment of the deposit (insurance company rules).
Check-in/out: The check-in is 16.00 and check-out is 11.00.
Late departure must be agreed with the owner before arrival.
Cancellation due to Covid lockdown
Covid: If a lockdown on Crete or at the home country of the guest happens and the booking cannot be done the guest will get the 70 % off the money back. This cancellation must be done 2 weeks prior to the arrival and documented. The last 30 % that is the deposit of the booking will be turned into a voucher that the guest can use for their next booking at Villa Hanna Marie. The voucher is valid for 24 months.
