Villas Gerani, Rethymnon
2 x 3 bedroom and 2 x 4 bedroom villas
The 4 Gerani villas are located on the outskirts of the village of Gerani, 2 villas with 3 bedrooms and 2 villas with 4 bedrooms all with private pools. Gerani is 6 km from the centre of Rethymnon and 2½ km from the sandy beaches of Episkopi. You will find a small sandy beach in the Gerani cove at the bottom of the road about 1 km.

The ground floor has a large lounge, a feature fireplace and a dining area, a patio overlooking the pool, the garden and views towards the olive groves, mountains and the distant sea.
The large open plan kitchen has a full-size cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a coffee-maker. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,
On the first floor, there are two or three bedrooms that have twin beds and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the countryside and the sea.
There is a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas at the back of the villas with magnificent views towards the sea and the olive groves. The patio has garden furniture and stone-built Barbeque.
Location
The village of Gerani is quite a large village with a couple of tavernas and supermarkets about 5 km west of Rethymnon, below the village, there is a beautiful bay with 2 fish tavernas. Gerani is known for its small river and the caves located in the bay. The sandy beaches are about 2 km further to the west and Episkopi beach about 6 Kms.

Booking – payment – cancellation policy
Booking confirmation
You send us a form from the site or an e-mail with your confirmation that you wish to book your dates.
After we check, if the villa is available for your dates we send you a mail with confirmation of your dates and the price.
Shortly thereafter we send you an online booking confirmation with the details of your booking and a payment request.
Deposit Payment
The deposit is to be made by Credit Card (VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard) or if you prefer by bank transfer. We send you a link to our online Secure Payment System which allows you to submit your Credit Card Data in a safe mode.
Please note that your card service provider will normally ask you to insert a security code, that your bank sends to your registered mobile phone.
The balance
The remaining amount (80 % of the Grand Total) is due upon arrival, and to be paid straight to us.
Subsequent Alteration or Cancellation
After your deposit payment has been registered, we will send you directions with arrival times and other important information.
Please Note; we ask you to make sure to send us your arrival time, airport and flight information. We also ask for a mobile contact number in case of any last-minute information.
Cancellations and changes to your booking
In most cases, we will be able to arrange any Subsequent Alterations without additional costs. In case that any costs should incur, we will inform you by e-mail before fixing the Alteration.
Cancellation is possible any time free of costs, however, the Deposit is not refundable as the Reservation and Handling Costs already incurred.
There will not be any other Cancellation Fee such as percentages connected to time-limits etc.
Attention: In case of no show or no information about your delays, it will be assumed that the reservation has been cancelled. We will then be allowed to give the reserved holiday villa to someone else.
