Eva holiday houses, 4 x 3 bedroom semi-detached houses and one 2 bedroom villa.
The Georgos Villa and 4 Eva Villas Maisonettes for vacation rental in Crete are set on a hill with beautiful views towards the Aegean sea and the white mountains of Chania area of Crete. Eva Villas complex is located in Kato Stalos 8 kilometers west of Chania Town.
This complex is next to olive groves and is only 350 meters from the sea and the sandy beaches. The detached Eva Houses have 3 bedrooms and Georgos villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 sitting rooms.
The large 80 square meter pool is shared by the 5 villas. The small and traditional complex is located on a hill in Kato Stalos just outside Chania. They are surrounded by a large garden with a common pool and pool area and a stone-built barbecue. Due to their elevated position, they enjoy beautiful views of the sea.
The area
Just down the road and only a few minute's walk you will find an excellent choice of tavernas, shops, water sports, and a mix of nightlife in Agia Marina and bustling Platanias which are only minutes away by car, taxi or bus.
The city of Chania
The city of Chania is full of architecture from the sieges of the Venetians and the Turks. The heart of the city is the bustling Venetian harbor dating from 1537. Here people meet at cafés and tavernas.
The narrow streets behind the harbor offer a unique experience with the beautiful portals and balconies; you can explore these narrow back streets for hours and hours and still feel the need to keep meandering along. The area is full of boutiques and small shops offering designer clothes and jewelry, arts, and crafts of all sorts. A great shopping area for the whole family. The market place is at the crossroads of the old and the new city and has everything to offer - food, fish, meat, vegetables, spices, cheese stalls, souvenirs, and several traditional tavernas with daily cooked Cretan specialties.

- Prices shown are per villa per night in Euros.
- Every Villa Eva can accommodate up to 7 guests.
- Georgos Villa can accommodate 4 persons.
- Bed linen, bathroom towels, and full cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included in the above prices.
- Air-condition is offered at the total additional cost of 126 Euros per week per Villa Eva for all the units (there is one air-condition in every bedroom).
- Aircondition is included in 2 bedroom Georgos Villa.
- Wireless internet is provided free of charge.
Booking Conditions
- A 30% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
- The balance should be paid upon check-in.
- Cancellation Policy
- 50% of the deposit is kept in case you cancel your reservation 21 days or more before check-in.
- In case you cancel your reservation less than 21 days before check-in then 100% of the deposit is kept.
