Erofili villa is a beautiful 4 bedroom stone-built holiday villa with all modern facilities. The villa is situated in the village Asteri, only 14 km east of Rethymnon and 2½ Kms to the sandy beaches of Sfakaki. The villa is very private and not overlooked by others.
The villa
The villa has a spacious open plan living/dining area with a fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all modern appliances and has also a balcony.
The villa also has a big beautiful rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea, the mountain and the city of Rethymnon and relax.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 people.
One master bedroom on the first floor with double bed and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub.
One double bedroom on the ground floor with a private bathroom with shower.
Two twin bedrooms on the first floor share a large bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views of the sea and mountains and all are air-conditioned.
The pool and garden
The large garden is surrounded by olive groves and insures privacy as there are more than 150 meters to the nearest villa which is on a lower level.
The large pool is 41 sq m with separate children’s pool and hydro-massage sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool. To one side of the garden, you find a stone-built BBQ and wood-burning oven.
Asteri Village has a mini-market, a cafe and an excellent taverna with its own museum. Other supermarkets, tavernas, tourist shops and coffee shops can be reached in 2 km. The sandy beach of Sfakaki is a 2,5 km distance on the other side of the coastal road. A car is considered essential in this villa.
Rethymnon - Crete
The city of Rethymnon, on the north coast of Crete, lies on the island’s longest sandy beach and is known by visitors as the "hidden jewel" of Crete. Since 1400 BC the Minoans, Venetians, Turks and Cretans have built their ancient cities, minarets, citadels, the hilltop Fortezza, winding narrow streets, fishing harbour and lighthouse which create an old-world charm.
The city of Rethymnon is bustling with life and colours, you will find an abundance of boutiques with designer clothes, shoes, bags and furs. Jewellery shops offer diamonds, gold and silver. There is a lot to see and do for the whole family.
The tavernas serve the best of the Greek and Cretan cuisine at traditional tavernas to exquisite restaurants all reasonable priced.
