The Elounda Vista Villas in Crete have one bedroom, sitting room/open plan kitchen and a small private garden.

The Villas share a large pool and are are situated in Elounda, 8 Km from Agios Nikolaos on a hillside with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mirabello Gulf where the most prestigious and luxurious hotels of Crete are to be found.

The villas

The villas have an entrance hall, a living room with two proper beds that turn into sofas, a kitchen and a WC on the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Verandas and balconies open onto the private gardens which vary in size from 80 to 500 m2. There are seven one bedroom villas of 60 m2 .

The kitchens are fully fitted with an electric stove, an extractor and a fridge/freezer.
All the houses have built-in air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing and curtains.

The villas have SAT TV's and WiFi internet connection included.

Garden and pool

The villas are built on a plot of 7500 m2 land. They are built in groups of three and are built on different levels of the hillside to guarantee spectacular views on the gulf of Elounda, private gardens, parking space and easy access from the private road inside the plot. There is also a very beautifully designed swimming pool with a fantastic view.

There are three different parking areas one for each level of villas.
The landscaped gardens are full of typical Mediterranean trees and flowers and are properly looked after by a professional gardener. White marble is used in all outside walkway and pavements.

The villas are located between Agios Nikolaos and Elounda and within easy walking distance to the sandy beaches below.
