Aloni luxury villa is a brand new 3+ bedroom luxury villa with a sea view private pool, located in the small traditional village of Agios Georgios, 6 km from the town of Kissamos. The famous sandy beach of Falasarna is located 8 km away and the tropical style beach of Elafonissi 48 km away.
The ground floor of the Villa has an open plan living room with a two-sided fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
One bedroom with a double bed, one separate room with a sofa bed which turns into a double bed, and a common luxury marble shower bathroom are provided.
The upper floor offers two bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each. The master bedroom with a double bed, an office area, a bathtub and an ensuite wc, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed and an ensuite shower bathroom.
Free wireless internet, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher are offered. LCD 50” TV in the living room, LCD 32” TV in the 2 bedrooms, Satellite TV, CD player and DVD player are also provided.
Guests can enjoy a relaxing time in the big grassy courtyard with beautiful sea views.
