Agios Nikolaos Villa is a luxurious beach villa with emphasis on stone and marble combining Cretan architecture with modern Greek, it is located in a landscape of amazing beauty.
The villa is built only metres from the sea and has direct access from the end of the garden to the beach of Almyros which neighbours the unique wetland of Almyros. It has a unique view of the city of Agios Nikolaos and the deep blue sea.

Guests can enjoy the river and the beach of Almyros, walking down the stone path of the garden that surrounds the villa.
Villa “Agios Nikolaos” is a unique seaside holiday destination, it combines peace and tranquillity of the countryside but with the influence of the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the city of Agios Nikolaos.
Villa “Agios Nikolaos”
The villa “Agios Nikolaos” can accommodate up to 7 people and it consists of the main house and one independent studio-apartment.
The main house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a single space room that combines a living room, dining room and a kitchen. In front of the living room, a veranda extends with a huge private swimming pool which has an immediate view of the beach and the city of Agios Nikolaos. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub and one double bedroom with a balcony and a view of the mountain.
Going up to the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed and a veranda with a view of the mountain, while the other room has a double bed with a veranda and a view of the swimming pool, the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos.
The villa has an independent double occupancy studio-apartment, which includes a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with a veranda. This apartment can accommodate 2 persons".
The garden and the large pool is equipped with sun-loungers, umbrellas and outdoor dining table and chairs.
The Barbeque is only to be used by villa staff due to safety regulations and at extra cost.
