Surrounded by a carpet of wild nature, olive groves, orange and lemon trees, even the majestic palm trees and vegetable gardens of Istron Bay Hotel. The villas are settled on a hill blending magnificently with the landscape.
The property shares the same bay with Istron Bay Hotel offering an ideal combination and easy walking distance to a lovely sandy beach. The hotel has 2 restaurants, bars and cafe’s. More choices for dining is found in the nearby village Istron.

Each Villa occupies a different level. Shades and fences have been carefully designed to secure privacy.

Entering the villas makes it apparent that no cost has been spared in order to create a feeling of ‘‘being home’’. Modern and antique furniture creates an atmosphere of under-stated elegance while contemporary technology completes the comfort.

There are two groups of villas: Villas Dimitris and Marianna in the first complex, somewhat less than 100 m from the beach, offer splendid sea views. Villas Artemis and Phaedra, in the second one, 250 m away from the beach, offer a breathtaking mountain view, ending at the bay (side sea view from the terrace).

Spacious bedrooms and living rooms add comfort and style, a solid base for a pleasant holiday.
All kitchens are fully equipped with proper cooking devices and oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and lots of gadgets.
Each villa has a large terrace either stone-flagged or tiled and its own private pool. A marble topped-table and benches serves for alfresco dining. Trees and pergolas provide shade and privacy.
