Panormos

Villa Eleftheria a lovely and private villa with 5 bedrooms and a private pool within it’s garden. The villa is on a country lane leading to the fishing village of Panormos 30 kms east of Rethymnon on the road to Heraklion. WiFi internet.

The Villa

The villa has 5 bedrooms one has a double bed, the other 4 bedrooms have twin beds. There is a possibility of changing the beds in one more room to a double. All the bedrooms have a/c and Sat TV. There are also 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, one with Jacuzzi. One bedroom is a walk through. The villa is double glazed throughout for your extra comfort.

The kitchen is large with fireplace, a large dinning table. The kitchen is equipped with a full size cooker/oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all necessary utensils and small electric appliances. There is also a washing machine.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor with access to the garden and pool and two bedrooms on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the garden and the countryside.

The garden and pool area

The swimming pool is aprox. 44 sq/m in size and has a depth of 170 – 185 cm.

At the end of the house is a large Jacuzzi with room for 6 – 7 persons. The garden has an old and original well, stone built BBQ, garden furniture including parasols and sun loungers. To the side of the house there is also a wood burning oven built into the stone wall.

Panormos Village

The villa is situated approx. 500 – 600 meters west of Panormos village and it’s 2 sandy beaches, the smaller beach also has a quaint fishing harbor and some boats offering daily trips and excursions, on the other side of the village and separated by a host of tavernas is the largest beach offering some water sports and a taverna directly on the beach for that leisurely drink or lunch. All the beaches in Panormos are very child friendly. Sheltered in coves with fin sand and shallow water far out.
