Booking and cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy

1. 30% deposit on booking. The balance 8 week prior to arrival.
2. Security Deposit 1000€. The deposit is returned if there is no damage.
3. Minimum one week stay
4. Check in Saturdays
5. Check in time: 16:00
6. Check out time: 10:00

Cancellation Policy

1. For cancellations the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
2. For cancellations 30 to 50 days prior to arrival 50% of the whole amount.
3. For cancellations less than 30 days and no show or early departure 100 %.
4. Social responsibility: for every booking, we offer 1% of the net income to environment and sustainability purposes.
5. The rates are in Euro including 13% VAT & 0.5% local taxes.
