General information about your stay at Conte Marino Luxury Villas

Rates include local city & accommodation taxes, VAT and administration costs.

Rates are quoted in Euro currency and calculated on a maximum capacity basis for each villa, per night.

Surcharge of 10% on the rate will be applied for the 8th person (extra bed). Villas Management must be contacted to proceed with reservation.

Check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 12:00.

Early check in or late check outs are possible upon request/availability.

Minimum stay 2 nights, except 4 nights during July – August.

Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cretan Breakfast is served by chef at the villas’ common outdoor breakfast area, from June 1st to September 30th, daily from Monday to Saturday. Rest period breakfast is on extra request & charge.

Pool Heating cost is 40€/day. Period April to October, min charge 3 days.
