Booking terms & conditions & Payment policy

30% deposit with the reservation by bank transfer or credit card.
70% payment 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card.
If reservation request is performed within 30 days of arrival date, 100% payment is requested.
If the payment is not paid by due date, the right to cancel the booking is reserved and cancellation charges in accordance with cancellation policy are levied. Payment is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.
750 Euros security breakage deposit by cash or credit card authorization at arrival, to be reimbursed/destroyed at departure if no damage or loss occurred during the stay.
The right for pre-authorisation of credit cards prior to arrival is reserved.

Cancellation policy

No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
31 or more days prior to arrival 30% cancellation fee and up to 30 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.
No-Show or earlier departures: 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation.
