House No 1 – One room Apartment 3 persons
This house is a studio for 3 persons and is located at the top of the houses on the right side. The guest can enjoy a fantastic view of the entire area of Aspros Potamos.
It is a spacious studio of 40m2, bright and well ventilated. When you enter the house on your right hand there is a large bed made out of stone with a comfortable mattress. Right in the middle of the studio there is a fireplace. On the other side there is a kitchen and a sitting space with a sofa made of stone which can be also used as a single bed.
This house is in a quiet and independent location.
There are no electrical plugs in the house but there are multi-socket plugs at the reception area. Oil lamps provide the main lighting in the houses, whilst the installed photovoltaic solar system provides electricity to reading lights above the double bed, to a bathroom light and a refrigerator. All windows and doors have mosquito nets, nets over beds on request without cost.
House No1 can accommodate up to 3 people but more often 2 people will enjoy this spacious room.
