You will find these beautiful stone built villas in Magnisia on the North coast at the edge of old olive groves where the owners have built 3 traditional stone villas, Villa Filia, Villa Daskalos and Villa Stelios.

The villas are built with respect for tradition and fine quality. Maria and her son Lefteris will welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. Fresh herbs, mountain tea and their own olive oil awaits you in the kitchen.

At the far end of the property you will find a little farm area with a few goats and sheep that are very popular with visiting children.

The villa is for 4 – 7persons with 1 bedroom, 2 sleeping galleries, sitting room and open kitchen with washing machine, shower / WC and air-condition. There is a large balcony from where you can enjoy views over the valley and the sea. 

Check Villa Stelios
The villa is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, it has 1 bedroom and provides sleeping facility in the sitting room, comprising of stone built benches with thick seating cushions above. A very large open plan sitting room, kitchen with washing machine, 2 showers / WC and air-condition. There is a large balcony from where you can enjoy views over the valley and the sea.

The villa is for 4 – 7 persons with 2 bedrooms, a very large sitting room having stone benches with cushions suitable for children to sleep, open kitchen with washing machine and shower / WC and air-condition. There is a large balcony from where you can enjoy the views over the valley and the sea.

The area
The villas are just on the outskirts of the village of Stavromenos where there are supermarkets and tavernas. They are at a distance of 14 kms to the east of the historical Venetian town of Rethymnon where there are a lot of shops, tavernas and other attractions. The sandy beach of Stavromenos is only 800 Metres from the villas.

A car would be considered essential for this property to explore the immediate area and the island in general.
