Skinari Village Villas is a group of 8 traditionally built villas designed for 6 to 12 persons. They are constructed to a high standard and are influenced by the Cretan and local elements in their design, furnishings and their outdoor facilities. The villas are built on a cascading mountain side just outside the village of Pano Stalos 9 kilometres from Chania with panoramic views across the gulf of Chania

The Villas
All villas have their own Jacuzzi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfort control air conditioning, central heating, telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, safe box, stereo music, patios with stone built barbeques, wood burning stone ovens, gardens, private parking and breathtaking views of the sea to the front and the Lefka Ori mountains to the rear.

All villas have feature a spacious lounge/dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV and a music centre.
Most villas have 3 bedrooms, each with it's own veranda, TV, 3 bathrooms, the ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath tub, the other bathrooms have a shower. There is one villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The kitchen of each villa is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, full size cooker, coffee maker and all necessary utensils including an ironing board and iron. 

During winter time, Skinari Villas offer central heating and a fireplace, ideal for cosy and dreamy winter nights in an amphi theatrical setting surrounded by greenery.

Pool, garden and barbeque area
Each Skinari villa is equipped with a traditionally built barbecue, where you and your friends can enjoy unforgettable summer nights next to the pool.

The villas have their own pool which can be heated in the cooler months. The pools for winter occupancy are heated at extra cost. Two villas used by bigger families or groups have a shared pool.

Cleaning and change of sheets/towels is twice weekly. 

On request you can have meals delivered by an excelent nearby taverna. Daily maid service & cleaning on request and at extra cost. Heating of the pool in the cooler months at an extra cost.

The area
Pano Stalos village is about 1500 metres away where you can find a supermarket, tavernas and kafenions, a further 1000 metres away is Kato Stalos with a many tavernas, restaurants, bars and a variety of shops. There are also water sports along the sandy beaches.
