The beach cottage has 2 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen/dinning room, bathroom with shower and W.C. Outside there is a stone built barbeque and a wood burning stone oven. This is a "dream come true" cottage for anyone who ever dreamt about that Greek island hideaway!

The Beach Cottage
The cottage is the original family house on the Preveli Beach property and older than the 2 villas, it is situated just above the sandy beach cove and at a lower level making it nearest to the sandy beach. There are 2 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen/dinning room, a bathroom with shower and W.C. 
There is air-conditioning in the cottage, Satellite TV and the kitchen is well equipped.
The cottage has a large patio to its front with outdoor furniture and facing the sea, it is surrounded by a large garden with palm trees and a variety of plants.

Adequate car parking is provided at the side of the cottage within it's private grounds.

This cottage will appeal to families or couples wanting to completely unwind in tranquil and naturally beautiful surroundings.

Preveli Palm Beach area
This area is very beautiful and untouched by time and tourism, the roads are a mix of dirt roads and asphalt and sometimes quite rugged, but the views and secluded beaches are worth the effort of getting there. Naturist swimming and sun bathing is possible here due to its secluded position.

There are tavernas in the area within a 5 minute drive, however the nearest towns are, the inland historic town of Spili at a distance of aprox. 25 kms. The lively fishing village of Plakias in the other direction at aprox. 8 kms. where you will find many tavernas, supermarkets, shops, post office, a mini bank, cafes, bars and some night life. Boat trips and excursions are available from the fishing quay of Plakias. 

A car would be most essential here due to the cottage's location and to explore the beautiful and natural immediate area and the island in general.
