The villas
These newly built villas are each a two story building and offer on the ground floor a well laid out sitting room with comfortable sofas, dinning area with table and chairs, double glazed sliding patio doors open to a large balcony facing the sea with steps down to the pool and the grassed garden having beautiful plants and flowers. A sitting area is within the garden for those balmy summer afternoons and evenings.

The open plan sitting/dinning room on the ground floor has a feature fireplace and a television.
A well equipped kitchen to the side has a breakfast bar and chairs, a hob, full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and more.
On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower, wash basin, W.C and a washing machine.

An attractive wooden staircase leads to the first floor housing the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and twin beds in the other. A bathroom with half tub, wash basin and W.C.

The villas are double glazed throughout for your comfort.
The gardens will offer you an area to sun bathe, swim in the pool, paint, relax with a book or just enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The Preveli Beach Cottage
The cottage is the original house on the property and older then the 2 villas, it is situated just above the sandy beach cove below the 2 villas. There are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. The cottage is surrounded by a large garden with old trees and Palm trees.

Both these properties will appeal to families or couples wanting to completely unwind in tranquil and naturally beautiful surroundings.

Preveli Palm Beach area
This area is very beautiful and untouched by time and tourism, the roads are a mix of dirt roads and asphalt and sometimes quite rugged, but the views and the secluded beaches are worth the effort of getting there. Naturist swimming and sun bathing is possible here due to it's secluded position.

There are tavernas in the area within  5 minute drive, however the nearest towns are, the inland historic town of Spili at a distance of aprox. 25 kms. The lively fishing of Plakias in the other direction at aprox. 15 kms. where you will find many tavernas, supermarkets, shops, mini bank, cafes, bars and some night life. Boat trips and excursions are available from the fishing quay of Plakias. 

The rental is for 4 persons, with possibility of 1 extra person in the sitting room in the villas.

A car would be most essential here due to the location of the villas and to explore the most beautiful surrounding area and the island in general.
