Four villas two with 2 bedrooms and two with 3 bedrooms on the edge of the village of Maroulas 5 Kms from Rethymnon and aprox 4.5 kms from the sandy beaches. Each villa has a private pool within a beautiful lawned garden with views to the coast and Rethymnon city.

The two bedroom villas
has a large open plan sitting room and kitchen. There is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has an open plan bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and a large balcony with views to the sea and the countryside. The villas are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. The kitchen has cooker, fridge coffee maker and other appliances + a washing machine.

The three bedroom villas
The brand new 3 bedroom villa has on the ground floor a large open plan sitting/dinning room and kitchen and a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has full size cooker, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is also a washing machine.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and a large balcony with fantastic views over the countryside to the sea.

The area
In the nearby village of Maroulas there are 2 tavernas, a minimarket and a cafe. The village is within 5 minutes walking distance of the villas.

Maroulas is a very old village of traditional architecture. In the remaining houses one can see how the villages looked during the Venetian and Turkish eras. Narrow paths, towers, and old doors are characteristics of the village.
