The villas
Each villa has 118 sq/m of very comfortable living space, is double glazed throughout and incorporates mosquito screens for your comfort. 

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall which leads into a spacious open plan sitting/dinning room which is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, dinning room furniture and a very well equipped kitchen having a full size cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and a toaster. A large balcony with sea views.
On this floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, WC and a washbasin.

A staircase leads to the first floor with 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other 2 single beds, a good sized bathroom having a bathtub, WC and a washbasin.
The bedrooms open on to balconies with sea views in both directions and wooden pergolas above while the windows at the rear of the bedrooms have views towards the impressive white mountains.

Tiled cool floors are complemented by beautiful wooden ceilings throughout the property. 

The owners of the property have given careful thought to detail and provided  for your complete relaxation and comfort; air-conditioning throughout, central heating for the cooler months, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and a telephone with internet connection at a local extra charge.

The villas are separated from each other by gardens and a feature stone wall. Within the gardens and to the front of each villa, there is a 38 sq/m swimming pool with sun loungers and a large umbrella for your use.

The area
Maleme is situated on the coast 17 kms west of Chania centre. The area is very well catered for by all kinds of water sports, fishing, snorkelling, diving, Para gliding, mountain biking and horse riding. There are  supermarkets, tavernas, cafes and a pharmacy within walking distance.
