The villa and the area
The villa are perched on top of a hill and offering spectacular views towards the mountains, the distant sea and the old village houses below.

The villa consist of three bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, simple furnishings and garden/pool furniture.

The large sitting/dinning room on the ground floor, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen, washing machine, TV and glass doors leading to a patio. On the first floor are the other 2 bedrooms with balconies offering spectacular views across the countryside and the distant sea.
There is a staircase leading to the roof area which has a wall all the way round making it an ideal area to sunbathe in complete privacy.

The villas is set off the road behind gates in their own gardens, this road leads to ancient Eleftherna where there are on going archaeological excavations. In the village there are three tavernas, some typical Cretan kafenions and a small mini market for bread, milk and daily needs, however there are many villages scattered all around that also have tavernas and other facilities.

Outside there is a swimming pool within the gardens that is for the use of the rental villa, having sun loungers and umbrellas, there is also an area to have a barbeque.

The nearest beach is 12 kms away in Stavromenos, where you will find many tavernas, supermarkets and shops.

A car would be considered essential for this property to explore the immediate area and the island in general
