There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and an iron/board.
The villa also has satellite T.V and a DVD.

On the next floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have emperor size double beds, the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and the 4th a single bed but another can be added for the 8th person. On this floor there is a well proportioned bathroom. There are balconies all around this floor giving you some of the most breathtaking views towards the mountains and the sea. 

The villa occupies 225 Sq/m of living space within its private 15000 Sq/m plot of land amongst olive groves, fruit trees and a beautiful garden. There is a private swimming pool with child area totalling 55 Sq/m. 

There are tavernas nearby and also a supermarket within walking distance, there are more supermarkets and tavernas in nearby Stavromenos. The town of Perama is 10 Kms away with supermarkets, banks, post office and various shops.

 A car would be considered essential for this property to explore the immediate area and the island in general.
