Villa Andreas
The 4 (5) bed roomed villa has a 200 sq/m of very comfortable living space tastefully arranged on 4 split levels across 2 floors. The villa can be rented with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Extra person can be accommodated in a walk through bedroom on the ground floor.

The bedrooms
2 bedrooms have double beds and 2 bedrooms have twin beds that can be together as a double or apart as single beds. There are 4 bathrooms one with tub with Hydro Massage the 3 other have showers.

Villa description
The main floor consists of an entrance hall which leads into a spacious open plan dinning room with a large kitchen to one side which will have a full size cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and every other small electrical appliance and utensils that you would require for your absolute convenience.

A few steps up will lead you into the large lounge with a stone fireplace and a unique shaped balcony. There are 2 bedrooms here with balconies and having shower and WC facilities. There is a separate large bathroom on this floor which has a full size bath tub featuring the latest state of the art "hydro massage", WC, bidet and hand wash basin. The furniture and decorations are of the highest quality and very comfortable for your complete relaxation.     

A few steps down will lead to the large sitting room with one wall made up with folding glass doors that open up to the swimming pool area with poolside furniture, umbrellas and an outside shower. The large sitting area has a bathroom with shower and WC facilities, a small bar and bamboo furniture.

On the same level to the other side there is another 2 bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through and a bathroom. This part of the villa can be used as a self contained annex with its own private entrance.

The villa has satellite TV, direct dial telephone plus internet connection (at local extra charge), washing machine, outdoor gardens, built in garage and adequate extra parking space.

The area
The villa is located close to the little fishing harbour in the middle of Panormos Village. The villa is within easy walking distance to supermarkets, tavernas and cafes within walking distance, the centre of the village and Panormos 3 bays with sandy beaches is just a couple of minutes walk.

The villa has views towards the small fishing harbour and the area is very well catered for by all kinds of water sports, fishing, snorkeling, diving, pedaloes/canoe hire and mountain biking. There is also a bus service to Heraklion and to the historical Venetian town of Rethymnon where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, night clubs, museums, banks and many historical sights.
