A charming 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom village house with a 73 sq/m garden and a shared pool. The house is within a newly built complex inspired by the traditional Greek white style villages. There is a large shared pool with a separate child section. The sandy beaches of Adele are only 2.5 Kms away, however there are tavernas and a mini market within walking distance from the house.

The House
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, lounge with a double sofa bed for extra persons and dinning area. There is access from the lounge to a patio with teak patio furniture and a barbeque. Bathroom with WC and shower. The house enjoys views to the sea, mountains and the pool.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, from the landing there is access to a large terrace with views to the countryside and the sea. At the top there is a roof terrace. 
From the garden terrace, balcony and roof terrace there is sea view.

The house is furnished in a light Scandinavian stile, SAT TV and a well stacked kitchen offering all appliances including full size cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine to give you a comfortable holiday. The tap water is drinkable and the plumbing is European standard. Air-con included, cleaning and change of towel and sheets every 3rd or 4th day.

Adele Village is built with inspiration for the Greek Island white villages with narrow streets and flowers from every corner. The village is surrounded by orange, lemon and olive groves, offering endless hours of walking among the beautiful countryside.

The area
Adele Village complex is situated on the outskirts of the traditional village of Adele, here you find a couple of shops and a bakery. The lively resort of Adelianos Campos is 2.5 Kms below the village, you will find supermarkets, a variety of shops and some that sell daily newspapers, magazines and books. bakeries, tavernas, bars, cafes, a doctor's surgery and a chemist. 

The historical Venetian town of Rethymnon is 6 Kms west of the house and is quite a cosmopolitan town with designer shops, high class restaurants, tavernas, museums, quite a lot of nightlife, a Venetian fortress and harbour. bars and shops that
