Villa Zoi is an impressive 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa outside Chania in western Crete. The villa is positioned high on a hilltop overlooking the White Mountains and the Gulf of Chania. Villa Zoi is an up-scale villa, private and not overlooked by others. The private pool can be heated in the cooler seasons.

The villa presents a balance of comfort, luxury and style. Attention has been given to both exterior and interior design. The villa
The villa has a large open plan sitting room with glass doors to the main terrace and fantastic views. The villa has a TV, DVD player, stereo CD system, audio tape player, satellite or cable and radio.

Interior Pictures

The new modern and functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full size 4 ring cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, electrical kettle, blender, citrus juicer and toaster.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a washing machine, iron board and iron.

The bedrooms
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with WC and jacuzzi bath tub. Double glass doors open up to a large balcony with a superb view to the sea and mountains.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, ensuite bathroom with WC and spa shower and a large balcony also with beautiful view to the sea.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds and there is a spacious bathroom with shower and WC. Double doors open to the outside terrace.
The villa has also a baby cot and baby chair
 

Garden and pool
The villa offers beautiful sea view, has a large (heated) pool with a shallow end for children. There are multiple terraces with numerous places to sit, in or out of the sun. An outside barbeque area and a large marble table under a pergola for outdoor breakfast or romantic candlelight dinners on warm evenings.

Cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 3 - 4 days, pool maintanace  regually.
