The villa
The villa is furnished to a very high standard, large open plan kitchen/dinning and sitting room having leather sofas with SAT TV, DVD, music centre and a fireplace. There are patio doors leading to the veranda with comfortable garden furniture. Wheelchair accessible.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is provided with top class and quality appliances, full size cooker/oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. There are adequate utensils for cooking and dinning.

The bedrooms
There are 3 spacious bedrooms all have wall mounted led TV's. The master bedroom has a king size bed (2 metres wide) the other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be pushed together and used as a double bed.There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub featuring a hydro massage system and the other with a shower. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.

The garden, pool and barbeque
The garden is large and has a 42 sq/m pool at its forefront and enjoys lovely views of the countryside all the way to the sea. There is garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor dinning table within the barbeque area.

Cleaning and change of linen and indoor towels twice weekly.
The pool is maintained every 2/3 days.
