The Villas
These upscale villas are furnished with cozy modern furniture. The front entrance leads to the main floor containing the large living room, open plan kitchen and the master bedroom. From both kitchen and living room there is direct access to the private 160 sqm terrace area with 40 sqm pool, outdoor barbeque and dinner table.

The sitting room has 32" flat screen TV and DVD player.

The bedrooms
4 comfortable bedrooms, each with sea views, direct entrance to a terrace and separate floor heated bathrooms. All rooms further have their own 32" TV as well as DVD player. Three bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds. Two extra persons may be accommodated on a sleeping coach

The Kitchen

Has full size cooker, American size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary utensils, There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in a separate room.

Garden and pool

The villa is surrounded by a garden planted with scrubs and flowers. The 160 sqm terrace area has 40 sqm pool, outdoor barbeque and dinning table. The villa shares a private tennis court with 3 neighbouring villas.

The villa is provided with sheets and towels for indoor use and cleaning twice a week.

Tersanas area
Tersanas is a small natural bay, 1 km from the villa and 13 km northeast of Chania. It is a small quiet village with a beautiful sandy beach bay. The beach has a taverna with loungers and umbrellas. The bay is very child friendly with shallow waters and fine sand.

In the village of Tersanas there are a few nice tavernas and cafes. There is the lovely cafe on the edge of the sea and another well-known taverna (Sunset) with great views built on the top of the hill. The nearby Chorafakia (1 km) has a supermarket, a few other shops and a bus stop. 

Two more lovely sandy beaches can be found one in Kalathas (3 km south) and one in Stavros (4 km north) with soft sand and clear waters.
