SIVAS Village Houses are two traditional
stone built manor-houses from the 1900. The villas were renovated with
care for every detail in 2004. The villas are situated in the traditional
village of SIVAS. Each villa has a private pool and are not overlooking each other.
The villas share an old iron gate leading to a cobbled pathway
lined with Cretan potteries and plants.
SIVAS VILLAS are unique because each of them has its own personality and
charachter.

VILLA RADAMANTHIS
2 bedrooms each having a double and a single bed.
The entrance to the house leads to a spacious living room
with a fireplace, traditional pieces of furniture, comfortable
sofas, TV satellite, DVD, HI-FI system and a sofa which can convert to a single bed. A
stone archway leads to the dinning area and the fully equipped kitchen (with
microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, fridge, toaster and other useful
utensils. Patio doors lead to a cozy sitting area by the swimming pool which
measures (3.50m x 7.00m, 1.30m depth).

Next to the kitchen there is a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a
bathroom with a cabin (having hydro-massage, hamam, perfume therapy, hair
dryer and a washing machine.
Wooden stairs lead to the first floor where there is another bedroom with an (ondas)
wooden floor having a double and a single bed and access to the terrace
and the
garden offering splendid views. The house is also air-conditioned (cooling-heating),
a safe deposit
box and an iron are also provided. The villa can accommodate from 2 up to 6 persons.
VILLA EPIMENIDIS
2 bedrooms each with a double and a single bed.
Next to Villa Radamanthis following a private cobbled path you are in front of
Villa Epimenidis. Entering the house you are greeted by a spacious living /dinning room
with fireplace, traditional pieces of furniture, comfortable sofas, TV satellite,
DVD,
HI-FI system and a sofa convertible to a single bed, fully equipped kitchen (with
microwave, perculator, electric cooker, fridge, toaster and other utensils.

What makes this villa special is the breathtaking view of the swimming pool (which
is surrounded by a stone wall, especially at night the view through the archway
from inside the house is absolutely wonderful. There is also a very nice view from the veranda
on the next floor.
This villa has total privacy and has a very romantic atmosphere.
From the living
room
a hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed (an old wine-press which has
been
converted into a double bed) and a single bed. In the basement there is also a
bathroom with a cabin (having hydro-massage, hamam, perfume therapy, a hair
dryer and
washing machine.

bedroom with a double and a single bed and a terrace leading to tidy garden,
there is a further terrace on the next floor offering breath taking views. The
house
is air-conditioned (cooling - heating) for your comfort, a safe deposit box and
an iron are also provided. The dimensions of
the swimming pool are: 3.00m x 7.00m, 1.30m deep.

The area
Another advantage for choosing your holiday in this old village is that numerous
feasts and
celebrations take place during the summer months, however the celebrations
during Easter are not to be missed.
All necessary shops, tavernas, cafenions, mini markets, gift shops can be found
in the
village and within walking distance, while a wider choice is offered in Matala, Mires, Tympaki
which are small towns
close to Sivas.
