New villa with 4 bedrooms and private pool west of Chania. The villa offers a beautiful sea and a small island views from its front elevation and majestic views of the rolling valleys and mountains from its rear elevation. There are large balconies to both elevations.
The villa is about 500 metres from the beach road and the sandy beach.

The villa
The villa has a large and spacious open plan sitting room at one end, a dinning room in the middle and a superb and fully equipped kitchen at the far end. There are sliding patio doors to the balcony at the front, the large pool and garden at the front. There are also patio doors to the rear opening onto a large balcony overlooking the olive groves and the mountains. The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full size cooker, coffeemaker and toaster. There is a washing machine in one of the bath rooms.

The bedrooms
There is one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor having ensuite bathroom facilities and a bathtub. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and ensuite bath/shower and 2 further bedrooms each with twin beds sharing a bathroom and having a bathtub. All rooms have balconies and SAT TV.

The villa has climate control system offering cooling and heating throughout the year making your holidays here very comfortable and pleasant.
