The villa
The villa has a large open plan
sitting at one end a dinning room
in the middle and a fully functional kitchen at the far end.
There are patio sliding doors to the
veranda, garden and pool area.
The modern kitchen is equipped with
a dishwasher, fridge/freezer,
full size cooker, coffeemaker and
a toaster.
There are two large
terraces, one at the front of the
villa with sea views and the other at the rear with views of the
olive groves and the mountains.
Bedrooms
There are 4 double bedrooms, one
of them on the ground floor with
a double bed and ensuite
bathroom facilities. There are 3
bedrooms on the first floor, two
of them having twin beds and
sharing a bathroom and the third
having a double bed and ensuite
bathroom facilities.
All rooms have balconies and SAT
TV.
The villa has central climate system
for cooling and heating and is
suitable for summer and winter use.
There is access
to the roof area where you can
sunbathe without being
overlooked from any direction.
