Two attached villas with private pools perched on a hill overlooking the clear blue Aegean sea and the vast expands of the sandy beaches in both directions, east and west the sandy beach is only 250 metres from the villas. The villas are aprox. 1.5 kms from the old village of Episkopi and 5 kms from the beach resort of "Georgoupoulis".

Villa Pyrgos has 4 bedrooms while Villa Avra has 3 bedrooms suitable for 8 and 6 persons. Both villas have breathtaking views towards the sea and the mountains and are air-conditioned. 

The villas
These villas are on 2 levels and offer very comfortable accommodation for a large family or a group of friends. Both villas have satellite TV, stereo system and DVD with home cinema.

Villa Avra with 3 bedrooms

This villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 (7) persons. The ground floor offers an open plan living/dinning room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and one bedroom with twin beds with an en-suite shower and W.C. The first floor houses 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other twin beds, both bedrooms have en-suite facilities.

Villa Pyrgos with 4 bedrooms

Has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 (9) persons. The layout here is similar to the other villa but having 3 bedrooms and a 4th "walk through" bedroom on the first floor. The bedrooms have en-suite bath rooms. 2 bedrooms have twin beds, one has twin beds + a single and one bedroom has double bed.

Both villas have private sun terrace, pool and the garden which is full of plants, shrubs and flowers. There is also an outside BBQ area with patio and poolside furniture making it an area for relaxation and enjoying the panoramic scenery. Each villa has its own private pool which incorporate Hydro massage water jets and is 4 x 8m = 35m2 pool.

Cleaning and change of linen/towels twice weekly. A car is highly recommended for these villas.
