Two villas only 150 and 350 metres from a wide sandy beach. One villa with 3 bedrooms and one with  4 bedrooms. Both having private pool, lovely private gardens. The 3-bedroom villa is situated about 1 km from the 4-bedroom villa. The villas are very close the the beach, with only a small gravel-road between villas and beach. WiFi internet connection

The 3 bedroom villa
Are set within a beautifully landscaped garden with a stone built BBQ, with a private pool. A well proportioned sitting room with 3 and 2 seater sofas, TV and a stone built fireplace in an open plan style housing the dinning room and a well equipped kitchen. The villa has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There is a large balcony accessed from the sitting room having views to the garden and the private pool.

The 4 bedroom villas
Is set amongst 5 acres of olive groves. The 4 bedroom villa is 350 meters from the beach.
The spacious sitting room has a dinning room and a corner kitchen within an open plan design. The villa has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
A large patio over looking the garden, pool and the sea is accessed via the sitting room.

Bedrooms
Each villa has 4 bedrooms, three of these are on the ground floor and are air-conditioned, the fourth bedroom is on the first floor. There is one double and 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ensuite + one other bathroom and 2 WCs.

Pool and garden:
The villas are surounded by garden with grass.
There are patio and pool side furniture and also a BBQ next to the pool.

The area:
The villas are located in Maleme a quiet area just 5 kms past Platanias. There is a minimarket 300 metres from the villas and tavernas 200 - 300 metres away and some even on the beach. There are regular busses to Chania on the beach road. The villas are very close the the beach, with only a small gravel road between villas and beach.
