The 2 villas are extremely peaceful and ideally located for exploration of the
island. Only 5 km from the town of Rethymno, 1.5 km outside the picturesque
village of Atsipopoulo.

On the ground floor of the villa there is dining room, living
room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with one
double or 2 single beds accordingly. A wooden staircase in the interior leads
you upstairs on the first floor where is the third room with a double bed, its
own bathroom and a veranda 65 sqm with magical view.
In front of the villa there is veranda with furniture,
barbecue and a private pool 35 sqm with a spectacular view to the Cretan see and
the city of Rethymnon in a magical combination.

is an independent villa building 120 sqm big enough to host up to 6
people.

On the ground floor of villa Asterion there is dining room,
living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed
with its own bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. A wooden
staircase in the interior leads you upstairs on the loft where is the third room
with a double bed.
In front of the villa there is a furnished veranda 90 sqm with
a private pool 30 sqm and barbecue.
The area
The surrounding area of the villa is full of green hills, fields with olives and
oak trees and the whole region is famous for its spectacular view to the one of
the few oak forests in Europe. In horizon one can see the Cretan Sea and the
city of Rethymnon in a magical combination.
The village of Atsipopoulo is very close by
where there is a selection of tavernas worth visiting and many shops.
The beautiful Venetian
town of Rethymnon is only a short drive away.
The villas are built on a large private plot of land with gardens and a lot of
