2008. The Town House provides 5 bedrooms and has a spacious courtyard with

The Town House
Pasifai is a three-storey villa of 200 m2 with 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms,
it is possible to put 2 an extra single bed in 2 of the bedrooms:
On the ground floor, a living room that has a fire place and an antique piano, a
dinning room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, two bathrooms
one with whirlpool bathtub for 2 persons and the other with hydro-massage,
home-spa shower cabin and one master bedroom.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower
and one gym-room.
On the second floor there is one double bedroom with shower bathroom.

Extra persons and apartment
Next to the villa there is an apartment with double bedroom, sitting room with 2
sofa beds and bathroom, that can accommodate 2-4
person. The apartment is not booked separately, but only in case there is a
request for more persons. In this case the villa can accommodate up to 14-16 persons.
Courtyard
In the spacious courtyard there is a large swimming pool 50 m2 (1,30m deep) as
well as a children’s pool.
The villa has several verandas and a gardened area around the pool, a barbeque
and private parking.
The villa has total privacy and is open all over the year.
