Villa Orchid is one of the two Wildflower Villas set in a large olive grove.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and possibility of also including a self contained studio making it a 5 bedroom villa. The villa is located 2 Kms outside the village of Prines in the area of Rethymnon. In Prines and the nearby Atsipopoulo you will find tavernas and shopping possibilities.

The villa consist of a large open plan sitting and dinning room with SAT TV.
 A well staked kitchen at one end with full cooker, fridge/freeze, micro wave, coffeemaker, electric kettle. There is a large balcony from the sitting room with table and chairs for your meals and beautiful views to the olive grove and the sea in the distance. 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom one shower and the other with a bath tub, one bedroom has a double bed, the other twin beds. There is also a WC for guest on this floor.

First floor has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with both with shower and a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. All bedrooms also have large balconies.

The studio has its own entrance and consists of a large open plan sitting room and kitchen. There is SAT TV and a phone line for internet connection, a double bed to one side and a bathroom with shower.

The Garden and Pool.
Most of the large plot is left as a natural olive grove. In the pool area there is a lawn and flower beds. There is a large terrace in front of the studio and here you also find the stone built outdoor kitchen and barbeque. There is also a portable barbeque that can be used on the large terraces in the main villa. The pool size is 10 X 4 metres: Depth 60 - 160 cm.

The pool has a children's area at one end and is has sun loungers, parasols and tables at the pool side.
