The villa
Mountain view villa has 190 sq/m of very comfortable living space, is double glazed throughout and is situated in a country lane, 50 metres from the Rethymnon to Spili road.

The villa is accessed from the lane by a gate into the front garden with a beautiful fountain in front of the villa, a few steps will take you to the front door to the main floor.

The villa is furnished with rare antiquities and art. The main floor has a large separate sitting room with a feature stone fireplace on the one side, with SAT TV and DVD player while on the other side is the kitchen and dinning room. The kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and a toaster. There are balconies to both sides of the property with views across the garden and the pool. There is also a W.C and a hand washbasin. 

A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a king size antique double bed and a large bathroom with a full size bathtub, W.C and washbasin. A washing machine is also provided for your use. The 2 other bedrooms have twin beds balconies with views across the countryside. The twin beds are the type that can be made to double, there is no space between them.

A staircase from the main floor leads down to the garden area and the self contained annex, having a large sitting room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, 1 bedroom with a large double bed, bathroom with shower, W.C and a kitchenette. A large patio area is in front of the annex complete with patio furniture.

The garden and pool
The large garden contains an under cover preparation kitchen, a stone oven and barbeque. The 40 sq/m swimming pool is to the other side of the garden and has a children's area and has sun loungers and umbrellas .

The Area and location
The villa is located on the narrowest area of Crete right between Aegean and the Libyan sea with only a short drive to both sides.

The north coast Episkopi beaches are 15 Kms away and the the lively village of Plakias is only 10 kms away with its beautiful sandy beaches, here there are supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, some night life, a post office and a mini bank. Plakias is well catered for by all kinds of water sports, fishing, snorkeling, diving, mountain biking, boat trips and glorious mountain walks. A car is essential for this location.
