Two stone built villas each with 150 sq/ms of living space and 3 bedrooms built at the foot of Prophet Elias mountain and overlooking the "Falasarna Gulf. The villas are 400 metres from the village “Platanos” district of Kissamos and 45 Kms from the city of Chania (50 Kms from the airport of Chania).

With a view to the Falasarna Gulf (4 Kms from the Falasarna beach) and the unique sunset of the western point of Crete. Quiet but not isolated a unique location for families and friends whether it is for the summer holidays or as a winter break.

The villas
Each villa has three levels, one big living room with kitchen, three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and on with twin beds. The bathrooms have bathtub and shower.

The living room has fireplace and is furnished with traditional Cretan furniture, TV, CD payer and DVD. There is a large open-plan kitchen with full size cooker, fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine. 

The villa has central heating and air-con. Cleaning twice a week.

Garden and pool area
The 2 traditionally built villas are separated with a fence giving each villa privacy from the other. The pools are 10x5 metres 1m deep in the shallow end and 1.80m in the deep end. There is patio furniture, parasols and a barbeque.
