The villa
This 240 sqm villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large and spacious open plan sitting room, a dining room and a superb and fully equipped kitchen. The villa has a total of 170 m2 balconies offering views to the sea and the surrounding area.

The entrance opens into an impressive hall with a staircase to the first floor and the 3 bedrooms. From the kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 of the bedrooms on the upper floor there are patio doors to the to large balconies with beautiful sea views. The 2 other bedrooms have smaller balconies.

The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full size cooker, coffeemaker and toaster. There is a linen room in the basement with washing machine.

The bedrooms
Three bedrooms on the first floor . The master bedroom with double bed, closet and ensuite bathroom with wc and shower, a large balcony with a superb view to the sea. The 2nd bedroom with twin beds and a large balcony also with beautifull view to the sea and the 3rd bedroom with double bed and a small balcony share a large bathroom with wc and jacuzzi bath tub.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and twin beds with access to a private balcony.
