The Villas are located in the areas of Kalamaki-Kamilari-Siva near traditional unspoiled villages, the breathtaking beaches of southern Crete Crete and in the famous Lasithi Plateau in the area of Matala, Agia Galini and Lendas.

Early booking discount, book before 30/4 2012
Stay in April - June 2012 and September - October 20%.
For July and August 15% for all villas.
For 14 nights staying additional 5%.
For 21 nights staying additional 10%.

The villas
The villas are 120-150 m2 on two or three levels and provide:
Three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with twin beds)
Two bathrooms, one with whirlpool bathtub 1,55x1,55 m and the other with a shower.

• Dinning-room

Living-room with a fire place furnished and decorated with authentic pieces of furniture in combination with careful selection of synchronous in order to be quality and comfort. Each villa also having an antique piano.

All necessary shops, taverns, cafenions, mini-markets, gift shops rent a car can be found in the near village Listaros and Sivas, while a wider choice is offered in Matalla, Mires, Tympaki, small towns close to Listaros.
