The main entrance to villa is on the second
level where you will find the living room with a
fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite
reception, DVD and a sea facing balcony. On this
floor is the
open plan kitchen
having a full size cooker and oven, dishwasher,
refrigerator, microwave and all necessary
kitchen utensils. All rooms have individual air
conditioning.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
A bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and a washing
machine complete the second floor. On the top floor there are
two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed
.
All beds are American queen size and with very
comfortable American mattresses.
The ground floor self contained annex
The villa can be rented with the ground floor annex with 2
bedrooms and bathroom, one with double bed and one bunk beds.
Here there is an additional spacious living area with an open
plan kitchen and a large sitting/dinning area. The ground floor
annex is very spacious and has a separate entrance. The annex is
available for large families or 2 families sharing.
All furniture has been imported from USA and the beds are
queen-size (152 x 200) and very comfortable.
