village of Gerani, one villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 villas have 4
bedrooms all with private pools. The villas are surrounded by olive groves and

The
villas
One villa is built
in 2004 and 2 more with 4 bedrooms will be finished in April 2007.
The
ground floor has a large lounge, a feature fireplace and a dinning area,
a patio overlooking the pool, the garden and views towards
the olive groves, mountains and the
distant sea. The large open plan kitchen has full size
cooker, dishwasher
and a coffeemaker. There is also a washing machine for your use. The
villas are air-conditioned throughout.

On
the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and an
ensuite bathroom, the other two (three) have twin beds and a large bathroom with
a bath tub. Each
bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the countryside and the
sea.
There is a private
pool with sun loungers and umbrellas at the back of the villas
with magnificent views towards the sea and the olive groves.
The patio has garden furniture and stone built barbeque.
Location
The village of Gerani is quite a large village with a couple of
tavernas and supermarkets about 5 Kms west of Rethymnon, below the
village there is a beautiful bay with 2 fish tavernas. Gerani is known
for its small river and the caves located in the bay. The sandy beaches
are about 2 km further to the west and Episkopi beach about 6 Kms.
