The Stalos Villa and 4 Eva Houses (semi-detached) are set on a hill with beautiful views towards the sea and the white mountains. This complex is next to olive groves and is only 350 metres from the sea and the sandy beaches. The detached Eva Houses have 3 bedrooms and Stalos villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 sitting rooms. The large 80 sq/mtr pool is shared by the all the villas.

The Eva houses (detached)
There are 4 adjoining houses are built to provide maximum convenience and yet maintaining privacy. The units are traditionally furnished and have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, coffeemaker, washing machine, and microwave on request. The sitting room has fireplace and a private balcony with sea views. For 6 (7) persons

All the houses enjoy satellite television, a patio with a small garden and access to the olive groves and also the vine arbours which provide shade from the vibrant summer sun.

The Stalos Villa
There are  2 bedrooms on the first floor and a large 60 sq/mtr balcony with majestic sea views. On the ground floor, there are 2 sitting rooms, one of which is equipped with 2 pull out sofa beds, satelite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and also features a bar with high stools. The villa has 3 bathrooms and has a hydro massage Jacuzzi in one of them. The villa has a large covered roof terrace with fantastic views of  the coast and town of Kato Stalos.  For 4 - 6 persons.

The villas share a large adult pool with waterfalls to the children's pool below, our guests can enjoy the tranquillity and the views here and also have a splendid BBQ. Although some of the island's best stretches of sandy beaches lie at the foot of the hill, relaxing by the pool amid the smell of roses and jasmine is just as tempting as the nearby sea.

The area
Just down the road and only a few minutes walk you will find an excellent choice of tavernas, shops, water sports and a mix of nightlife in Agia Marina and bustling Platanias which are only minutes away by car, taxi or bus.
